Pam Massie - Lead Receptionist

I have lived in and around the Waterside area since the age of five. I have two sons one of whom lives in America. Most of my working life has been spent in schools; although mostly in administration, I have also worked with small groups of children in the role of learning support assistant.

I have been with the Dental suite for four years now as lead Receptionist; however I have recently reduced my number of working days so that I can spend more time with my granddaughter and family. I have therefore taken on a new position, working in the office as the Administration manager to utilise my expertise and previous experience in the field. You may however still see me pop my head into the surgeries once in a while!

My qualifications have included teacher training and I have attended numerous courses within and for the dental industry.

Outside of work I enjoy travelling, meeting with friends, entertaining and walking in the New Forest.
